helpful staff good breakfast
The location is great, near everything i needed to get to. The staff was helpful. the food and breakfast were also good, and i found those aspects met my expectations.

central location breakfast selection small room street noise
the location was quite central. it provided easy access to various attractions. the breakfast buffet was also satisfactory. there was a decent selection of items available.
the room i was given was smaller than expected. it felt a bit cramped for a longer stay. the noise from the street was noticeable. it made it difficult to sleep soundly.

Excellent Stay with Harbour Views
helpful staff comfortable beds
Lena at reception offered excellent assistance . Housekeeping maintained high standards during my four-night stay. The beds were comfortable. I achieved excellent sleep quality due to the mattress, different pillows, and blackout curtains.
I encountered noise from a nearby theatre bar late into the night! This made sleeping difficult until the bar closed. I recommend requesting a room away from the theatre if you're a light sleeper.

I found the staff quite helpful, especially with directions. The hotel offers a water fountain in the lobby, quite refreshing. I also found cookies available near the elevators a plus. The location was accessible to central attractions.

great location available drinks comfortable amenities
the location felt great, walking distance to many sights i wanted. cookies and drinks were available next to the lift at the ground floor, it helped when i felt peckish. amenities in my collection room was super comfortable.
the air conditioning was too loud in my room, it made it hard to sleep some nights.
